What is a claim?

A claim is an assertion not backed with some evidence.

An example of a claim:

Given the increasing rate of lifestyle diseases in Oregon County, every household must ensure the availability of organic food items on their food tables.  Putting the organic food on the table will require each family to plant a garden with assorted vegetables.

Problem Solving Skill

The corporate office where I work I find conflicts among and between colleagues on issues sometimes irrelevant. I just like to resolve the conflicts. One way of solving the problem, as I conceive, is to talk good things about people in their absence. Next, talk to two colleagues who are at war separately and tell one about the other his or her virtues that one was talking about the other. This way mitigation of momentary conflict seems easier though long-term solution needs extra effort. It requires resolution of issues by helping, or talking or creating such environment where misconception can be erased. In professional world, most of the rivalries are due to promotion of the some and demotion of the other, of love-affairs, and of performance pressure. I need to help those who blame others for their own failures.
